CANCELLATION POLICY

The guest may cancel free of charge up to 2 days prior to arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if accommodation cancelled within the 2 days before arrival.
No show’s will be charged the total price of the reservation.

PRE-AUTHORISATION OF DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS

Guests’ credit/debit cards may be pre-authorised prior to arrival for all room types.
The first night is the amount that may be blocked on the guests’ card.

INTERNET & PARKING

Wi-Fi is available in public areas in the Main house also in all Courtyard rooms and is free of charge.
Free private parking on site (subject to availability).

HOUSE RULES

Pets are not allowed.
Parties/events are not allowed.
Quiet hours are between 21:00 and 07:00.
Rooms are not suitable for children
We do not cater for breakfast/dinner

Group bookings cannot be accommodated

SECURITY DEPOSIT

All Guests may be asked for a 100eu deposit upon arrival for security purposes. If Guests do not have a credit card a cash deposit may be required. This Policy applies to ALL Guests including bookings which have been pre- paid in full.
